ReplyAbsolutely! You could widen the waistband, and then maybe slash and spread the top of the bodice so you could gather the fabric more into the neckband. I guess you could slash and spread above and below the waistband, too, if you prefer the look of the gathers to the original Lonsdale A-line shape. This pink is gorgeous-- it'll make such a lovely dress!
ReplyI'm with Ginger - this pink would be amazing and I think you could definitely use the Lonsdale to get a similar look. Love the little neck bow/tie, too!
